Editorial Process & Selection
9) The songs will be evaluated anonymously. To preserve anonymity, the name of the composer and author of the song should appear only on the entry form and not on the copies submitted.
10) All entries will be first reviewed by the Resound Worship editorial panel. Those selected for the shortlist will be subject to editorial amendments as recommended by the editors. It will be a requirement of inclusion in the final collection that necessary revisions are made to the satisfaction of the editorial panel, within the supplied deadlines.
11) In the case of a complete metrical hymn, Resound Worship reserves the right to accept the text only and pair it with another tune when publishing.
12) All songs selected will be subject to an agency agreement with Jubilate Hymns Ltd. All entries must be previously unpublished, and entrants must be free to enter into a publishing arrangement with Jubilate Hymns Ltd without interest from any other publishers. Entries unable to enter into the publishing agreement will not be considered. A copy of the publishing agreement can be found here.
13) Resound Worship reserves the right to cancel the project in the unlikely event of there being too few entries of a sufficient quality.
